Refund Policy
Because our cookies are freshly baked food items, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at info@mackinacislandcookieco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
When emailing, please include:
- Your order number in the subject line
- The last name used on the order
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Your tracking number
Once we receive and review this information, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement shipment.
Mackinac Island Cookie Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier once the order has shipped, but we are always happy to assist with the claims process.
