Shipping Policy

We Ship Anywhere in the USA!

All cookies are baked fresh and shipped directly from our kitchen in Hessel, Michigan.

Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be shipped the following week.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, delivery and handling become the responsibility of the carrier. Mackinac Island Cookie Co. is not responsible for carrier-related delays or damages. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
